Where it started...

When I had children my whole purpose as a photographer shifted. After waiting so long for them to arrive, I couldn’t keep the camera away. But I quickly realised I didn’t just want cute photos of them in nice little outfits, I wanted ones that would help me remember what they were really like, because they changed and grew so quickly. I wanted to capture them as they really were and the quirky little things they did. My favourite photos of them are the ones where they are engrosed in play or running around wildly at the park and are totally oblivious to the camera.

I always feel very privileged when I’m asked to take photos of new babies, and I very much approach these sessions as I did with my own children, I use the camera to capture them just as they are on one of their first days in the world. More often than not, I then go back and do further photos throughout that first year, it’s wonderful to see how those babies progress and grow into little people.

Over the past few years I have been developing my baby’s first year package which is available to purchase for yourself or as a gift for someone else, it’s simple… Four photo sessions at your home (or maybe the hospital for the 1st one)

£175.00 Print Package

£450.00 Digital Package *Print Package includes a selection of edited images (to view online) and one 10″x8″ print from each session. Digital Package includes a selection of edited images (to view online) and 20 digital images on disc with a copyright licence.

Sessions typically take place initially when baby is born, then @ 10 weeks, 6 months and 1 Year.
